Alison M.

Student; University of Illinois, Chicago, IL

Alison M. is a second-year nursing student at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Since high school, she has volunteered and organized around human and animal rights and environmental issues.

She currently devotes most of her time outside of school to women’s rights issues in a small health collective that focuses on education. Through this work, she tries to connect issues of mental and physical health to broader political goals such as equal rights.
