Linda Turner, MA

Educator and College Counselor

Linda Turner has had a long career in education, including positions as a high school English teacher in California and as Assistant Dean of Students at Southern Methodist University.

Her career continued in the corporate world as Manager of Training and Education at Motorola, Inc. and in a management consulting firm which designed and developed executive education programs for Fortune 100 companies.

In recent years, Linda completed an internship in college counseling at Regina Dominican High School, Wilmette, and has been serving as an independent college counselor.

Linda Turner holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Mills College, a master’s degree in secondary education from Stanford University, and a master’s degree in higher education administration from the University of Denver. In addition, she completed an internship program in Laboratory Education with University Associates.
